David looked above and wrote. . .
“(1) The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. (2) Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.” (Psalm 19:1-2 ESV)
That is what God’s creation does. All of creation praises He (Psalm 148) Who brought it into existence by doing what it was created to do.
I am to duly acknowledge myself as His creation. (Malachi 2:10; Acts 17:26) Therefore, I too — “day by day” as I go about my daily life — ought to declare His glory and proclaim the works He has done on my behalf as I surrender more fully to being used for His Divine purposes! May my focus remain lifted above to the One Who gave me life and has promised eternal life in Christ so as to compel living in a manner that continues to declare His glory as the handiwork of His Divine design!
