In his letter to the church at Colossae, Paul urged. . .
“(6) Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, (7) rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.” (Colossians 2:6-7 ESV)
To be walking in Jesus, ought to be reflected through a life abounding in thanks. It is in Him that we have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 1:3) It is in walking in Him that we have the continual cleansing of our sins by the power of His blood. (1 John 1:7) As we walk in Jesus we will not be left to be walking in darkness because in Him is the light of life. (John 8:12) And the list goes on. Are we thankful for these blessings only found in Him? Are we abounding in thanksgiving for such abundant blessings as are ours in Him? May that thanksgiving be evident as we live each day in thanksliving to Him!
Have a great day LIVING IN THANKSLIVING TO THE LORD!
